Maties Travel offers learnerships to previously disadvantaged employees and their immediate family members to assist them in obtaining a formal travel and tourism qualification. To date 125 people have graduated of which we have employed 95. We are very proud of the people who have successfully completed their learnerships and are now permanent members of our team. The Maties Travel Learnership programme has a Theta accreditation and Institute of occupational excellence.
